View all of your previous orders that you've ordered in the past. You can view the invoice for each order and view any associated tasks (comments, questions, changes, etc.) that have been done on the order whether done by the sales representative or requests made by yourself. Once you've viewed an order you have the option to create a new task for the order that will be sent to customer service to be handled with a copy of the information also being sent to your sales representative.

If you've submitted tasks you can come here and view all the tasks you've ever submitted. Rather than just viewing your tasks associated to a single order here you can view all of the tasks for all of your orders in one convenient location.
