Tasks are items that have already been put into the system that are either assigned to a previous order or your customer account. Here you can see all your previous tasks or submit a new task. We recommend that when you do submit a task you go to Previous Orders off of the main customer service menu and view the order you wish to submit a task on and then click on submit task as this allows us to more readily track the task to the specific order as well as get you answers to an order in a more efficient matter.
